Our responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable team is here to help. We can recommend the right solutions for your needs, answer all of your questions throughout the rental process, and respond with urgency to any technical issues you encounter with your order. There are a lot of moving parts to our inventory, so great service is essential to your success, and of course, your success is how we measure ours.
Customer Pickup
To keep your cost to a minimum, you can opt to pick up your rental order from our shop during regular business hours. We’re conveniently located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
Delivery
Our trucks are on the road around the clock making deliveries and pickups in metro NYC and beyond. There are a range of options for any budget – we can make your delivery curbside with a wide open time window for the most cost effective option, or we can deliver exactly when and where you need us, 24/7/365.
Setup & Breakdown
If you’d prefer that we handle the heavy lifting and technical wizardry, our tech team can setup and break down your equipment. These services are also flexible according to your budget – you can limit our scope to only the elements you need help with, or have us complete the whole setup to your specifications.
On-site Technical Services
We can staff your event with knowledgeable technicians and live event professionals, including lighting, audio & video engineers, technical directors, project managers, stage managers and stagehands. We can provide on-site tech services for any equipment that we are providing.
Project Management
