Whether you’re working in a small restaurant or meeting room, hotel ballroom, or large event space, venue or theater, we’ve got a projection package for your application and budget.

Tips for projection package selection:

Know your limitations.

Each package includes diagrams and lists placement requirements to make sure it will work in your space. Here are some important specs for you to be equipped with:

• Ceiling height
• Amount of available (unobstructed) floor space between projector and screen
• Ambient light level

Know your budget.

• The less flexible your space is, typically the higher the cost for a suitable package. For example, rooms with high ambient light are going to require a brighter projector. Rooms with placement limitations might require an ultra-short throw lens. These accommodations add extra cost.
• All packages are discounted, but do not allow substitutions. If you can find a package that works for your venue specs, you’ll save ~20% vs renting items individually.
• Factor in additional cost for services like delivery & setup. We always recommend having our team set up projectors and screens unless you or your team are experienced.
